The Novi Public Library and the Novi Community School District are partnering in a year round preschool reading initiative supporting parents and caregivers in the goal of reading 1,000 books with their children before they enter kindergarten. It is never too early to begin developing enjoyable reading experiences with children and contribute toward their readiness to learn to read when they enter school.
