Ongoing Tween and Teen Programs

BeTWEEN the Pages - Tween Book Club

Join our tween book club to discover new books and make new friends. Participants must read the selected book prior to the program, so they are prepared to play trivia based on the book’s plot, characters, and setting. Visit our website, novilibrary.org, for the title being read.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)

Get involved with the Library by joining our Teen Advisory Board (TAB). All high school students are welcome. Help plan teen programs, organize community service projects, and volunteer at programs. Meeting attendance will count towards community service hours.

STEM: Gingerbread Engineering Challenge

SAT Practice Test

Sat, 11am-3pm

Free, full-length, proctored SAT practice test courtesy of College Tutors. Participants should bring a calculator, pencils, and a snack for their break. Scores will be given on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, from 7-8pm at the Novi Public Library.

Create Unity Contest

Enter NPL's Create Unity Contest by coming up with an idea and design which represents UNITY. Your project must be crafted in the NPL iCube Makerspace, utilizing the services and technology we offer.

Select from: button or jewelry making, t-shirt, tote, mug, or a postcard design. The creativity is all yours*!

Winning categories include: Elementary/Middle School, High School, and Adult

Projects are due January 6. Winners will be announced at the MLK Breakfast on January 20, 2020. Questions? Contact  Gail Anderson by email  or call 248-869-7210.
