- Unveiling of etchings within the Local History Room on Thursday,
6/27 at 5:30pm. The History Room will re-open on June 28.

- Wanting to get fit this summer? Come to the Library for a free pass into
MI Big Green Gym! Passes will be valid for state parks, state forests trails, and more than 20 additional community recreational agencies. Check out passes at the Library beginning June 1.
- We are pleased to announce that The Library Network has entered into a new partnership with the
Detroit Zoo on a program called Tickets & More.
- Beginning in July 2013, the Library will begin working from a
new Strategic Plan which will be in place until June 2018. This plan will guide the Library over the next
five years.
- Starting September 3 we will be
extending our hours! The new hours will be Monday-Thursday 10-9pm , Friday-Saturday 10-6pm, and Sunday 12-6pm.
